  1. Great job getting this set-up, Suzanne.

We invite other "AGANDERS" to join us in celebration of the 30 years of service to Guatemalan kids! Leave your messages.

CONGRATULATIONS to Mirna Vargas and Haydeé de Guzman who have led AGAND during ALL those years. 1000 kids have received GREAT care from both of them and a super-staff.

  4. How well I remember when AGAND first came into being in 1976! Wow. A lot has happened since then and AGAND continues to be active and of great value to families in Guatemala and beyond. Congratulations!

  5. Happy 30th Anniversary to AGAND! We celebrate with you the many families that have been created through this special children's home over the years. Our children are so blessed to know AGAND as their first home. Thank you to Mirna and Haydee and all who had a part in loving and caring for them until we were blessed to bring them home. I will forever remember what Mirna whispered in my ear as we left with our second son from AGAND, "Take good care of my children." Our pleasure, thanks to you! I'll also remember always the "conversation" I had with Haydee on the phone, both of us proud that we are nearly "bi-lingual", she much more so than me.

    We love you always,
